Meet our President . . . 
Marcia Rosman, President of Business Broker Services, Inc., has been a Principal in over 10 personal business enterprises. She purchased her first business in the late 70′s when women didn’t buy businesses. From that first purchase she went on to learn the art of Buying and Selling Businesses which brought her to become a pioneer Business Broker in the early 1980′s and was one of the original members of the International Business Brokers Association. She was then approached to be a pilot member and serve on the new Board of the New England Business Broker Association. A position she maintained for 8 years. Marcia is proud to say that the organization has grown and is now almost 30 years old. Marcia launched her first Business Broker Office in 1984 continues to work with hundreds of Buyers and Sellers of Businesses and all their Professionals including Lending Institutions. She has trained many of the best Business Brokers in the industry. In 1995 she attended the Certification Classes at Northeastern University school of Insurance and Financial Institute to obtain the title of Certified Business Evaluator. She became aware, at that time, that Widows and Buyers and Owners of Businesses had no understanding of the Value of their Businesses. Since then she has been involved in Evaluating hundreds of businesses for this cause. Currently she serves on the Business Broker Board of the Institute of Business Appraisers. Marcia says that she is loyal to maintaining membership in several Community Business Organizations, to attending meetings and classes to always enhance her Evaluation skills, Court Expert Testimony, to maintain her ability to help Buyers/Sellers/Lenders of businesses.
As a Certified Business Evaluator. She has evaluated hundreds of Businesses and Franchises for purchase, sale, divorce, partnership disputes, estate and insurance purposes and court expert testimony. Over the last two decades she continues successfully to negotiate the purchase and sale of businesses with buyers, sellers, accountants, attorneys, banks and all parties necessary to the transaction.
Marcia takes pride in her achievement of implementing the original (copyrighted) ”How to Buy/Value/Sell that Existing Business” Seminar/ Workshop attended by MBA‘s, down-sized executives, CEO‘s, CFO‘s, plus individuals seeking a change of career with a desire to purchase a business or franchise. Now in its 25th year!
