Week #2.. Preparing the financials – Executing the financials – Read between the lines of the tax returns of the closely held business. Find the real profit!
Week #3.. What is an LOI? How is it different from the offer to purchase? How am I protected? Will I get my deposit back? What do I need for Due Diligence? How do I know how the broker will negotiate my offer?
Week #4.. Where do the buyers find the money to purchase the business. PLUS – Angels Investors and Venture Capital fund raising – Learn to get the most out of your professionals, and more. PLUS GUEST SPEAKERS!
